Returns Policy

That's why we offer a guarantee that's completely in your favour.

When you purchase any product from sageberri, you are protected by our 30-day no-nonsense, no-questions-asked guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product at any time for a full refund.

We accept returns or exchanges on orders and shipments if the product’s seal has not been broken. However, the shipping fee for returned orders will not be refunded, and an extra shipping fee for the return process will be deducted from your total order.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you wish to apply for a return for a refund, please get in touch with support@sageberri.com with the email title "Return request for [Your order number]" and include your reason for return in the body of the email.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch with us at support@sageberri.com

Replacements

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued.

If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.

Processing time (the amount of time it takes to issue a tracking code and ship the order) is separate from shipping time.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to your address.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be informed that you returned the gift.

Shipping


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
