We ship directly from the USA, Canada and the UK. Worldwide customers can expect their item to take 10 - 25 days to arrive. If your order contains different items it is probable you will receive more than one package.
Please do not worry if the products that you have ordered do not show up immediately. And yes, we do provide a tracking number.
