The vibe

This is a foundation that acts a bit like skincare.

 Aloe leaf juice is the first ingredient, and peptides and hyaluronic acid are mixed in to help keep skin hydrated and nourished while you wear it.

Wear one layer for a natural, even finish, or build it up where you want more coverage. It sets on its own, so you don’t need powder to stop it moving, and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day.

How to use

  1. Prep. Start with clean, moisturised skin. Let your skincare sink in for a minute so the foundation goes on smoothly.
  2. Start small. Dot a small amount on the centre of your face: forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.
  3. Blend out. Work it outwards with fingertips, a damp sponge or a brush. Fingertips give the most natural finish, and a brush gives more coverage.
  4. Build where you want it. Add a second thin layer only where you need extra coverage, rather than one heavy layer all over.
  5. Let it set. Give it a minute and it sets on its own to a semi-matte finish. Powder is optional. If you use it, keep it to your T-zone.

Tips:

If you have sensitive skin, patch test first.

Apply a small amount with your fingertips, a damp sponge or a brush, and blend outwards from the center of your face. 

Add more only where you want extra coverage.

It sets by itself, so you can go straight on to the rest of your makeup.

Good to know

This foundation is lightly scented with fragrance (parfum) and natural essential oils from bergamot, lemon and bitter orange peel.

These essential oils naturally contain limonene, linalool, linalyl acetate, pinene and citral, which some people with sensitive skin or fragrance allergies react to.

If your skin is sensitive or you know you react to fragrance or citrus oils, patch test first.

Apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner arm and wait 24–48 hours before using it on your face.
